4. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain full ownership of every diary entry, post, and piece of content you create on intarakt. Your stories belong to you — not to us. By posting content on intarakt, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. This licence:

Does not extend to selling or commercially exploiting your content
Does not allow us to share your content outside the platform without your explicit consent
Can be revoked at any time by deleting your content or account

We will never use your personal stories, diary entries, or emotional data for commercial purposes without your explicit permission.

5. Data Security

Protecting your data is a responsibility we take seriously. intarakt implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

PIN-protected Vault features for sensitive personal content

While we take every reasonable precaution, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong password, protect your Vault PIN, and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

6. Children's Privacy

intarakt is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to remove that information and close the account. intarakt is built around your autonomy. You are in control of your data and your experience at all times. You have the right to:
