Write private or public diary entries through their personal Handler
Share life experiences anonymously or under a chosen identity
Engage with other users through empathy reactions and community features
Track emotional growth through mood tools

The platform is evolving. New features, tools, and improvements will be introduced over time. intarakt reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice where possible.

3. User Accounts

To access intarakt, users must create an account and agree to the following responsibilities:

Provide accurate, honest information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
Notify intarakt immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on intarakt. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create and post on intarakt. Your stories, diary entries, and expressions belong to you. By posting content on the platform, you grant intarakt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and present your content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating the service. This licence does not extend to selling, commercialising, or sharing your content outside the platform without your explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:

Does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
Does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Does not contain content that is harmful, abusive, or defamatory toward any individual or group

5. Prohibited Conduct

intarakt is built on trust, honesty, and safety. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

Posting illegal, harmful, or threatening content of any kind
Harassing, bullying, or abusing other users
Spreading misinformation, spam, or deliberately misleading content
Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code
Impersonating another person or entity
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems

intarakt reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts responsible for such violations, without prior notice in serious cases.

6. Platform Rights

intarakt reserves the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time
Remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Standards
Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or its users
Update these Terms of Service periodically with appropriate notice

User-generated content posted on the platform
Interactions or disputes between users
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Your use of intarakt is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using intarakt at any time by deactivating or deleting your account. Upon termination, your content may remain on the platform in anonymised or archived form unless you specifically request deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. intarakt may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you are found to be in material violation of these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
